Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Having a healthy, nutritious breakfast will set you up to have a positive and productive day. Banana whey and oats smoothie

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 40g of ground oats
  • Vitamin C powder
  • Caffeine powder (if you need a boost)

Throw all into a blender and mix! Pour into your glass and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for some extra flavour! This shake is full of all the right things, the oats will keep you full for longer without the bloat, the almond milk provides you with antioxidants and the vitamin C powder gives your immune system a kick-start.

Blueberry fruit smoothie

Have you got a sweet tooth? Something fruity to start your day might be just what you crave. This fruit smoothie will really hit the spot and its low in fat and full of all the good stuff!

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of strawberry whey protein
  • 1 scoop of ground oats (20g)
  • Small handful of blueberry
  • 1 whole banana
  • Caffeine powder (if you need a boost)

Throw all the ingredients into your blender and MIX! Serve over some crushed ice and sup the delicious mixture with a straw or down it in one! Rich in potassium, antioxidants, protein and vitamins to set you up for an active day! 

Egg white wonder shake

This one is a particular favourite amongst bodybuilders and those with super busy lives or who enjoy simplicity.

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 40g ground oats
  • Vanilla flavouring

Easy as 1,2 3 just throw all these into your trusty blender, serve and enjoy! Full of protein, healthy fats and healthy carbs it will keep you full and kick start your metabolism for a busy gym filled day ahead!
