Use a good pre-workout

It may sound like it’s stating the obvious, but drinking plenty of water and using a pre-workout supplement before you train will help your performance improve. A pre-workout will give you an added boost of energy which means you will have more stamina to go on. Mix up your rep ranges

You need to be following a tailored nutrition plan to ensure that you are eating the right amount of carbs and protein to sustain your muscle growth, recovery, and energy levels. Have one drawn up for you by a personal trainer, this way it will be tailored to your needs and goals.


Building strength and stamina isn’t done by one avenue alone. It requires lifestyle and diet changes along with a finetuned training regime, which you must stick too. Having a training partner to push you through the tougher sessions will help, or a trainer for when things get rough. Ensure you use a variety of different training techniques and use different rep ranges to activate the fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers.
